About the company

Our production facilities are located in Karlskoga and Filipstad and consist of approximately 85 CNC-controlled machining machines with up to 5 axes. In addition, our facilities include modern equipment for non-destructive testing and optical measurement. Your responsibilities

As a Production Planner at Partnertech, you will work closely with both customers, suppliers, and internal functions such as production and purchasing. You will be responsible for planning customer orders, manufacturing orders, and purchase orders, ensuring that the right materials are in the right place at the right time. The role is varied and requires both structure and the ability to quickly handle changes.

You will, among other things:

• Register, follow up, and monitor customer, manufacturing, and purchase orders

• Ensure deliveries and keep customers informed of any changes

• Work with production and material planning as well as simulation of material and capacity needs

• Identify material shortages and assess how they affect the established plan

• Monitor and manage risks of surplus materials in case of forecast or product changes

• Lead start-up and change meetings before production starts

• Actively participate in and contribute to daily meetings within production

• Follow established processes and escalate deviations when necessary

In addition, you will have a general responsibility where you contribute to order, quality, and sustainability in the organization.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with good theoretical and practical knowledge in planning and logistics and who thrives in a role with many contact surfaces. You are analytical, communicative, and have a good business understanding.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience with business systems and relevant support systems

• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Very good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and responsible. You find it easy to collaborate, but you also take your own initiatives and drive issues forward when needed.
